Strategic thinking is crucial for effective leadership. It’s about seeing the big picture and planning for the future. Yet, many leaders fall into common pitfalls, like focusing too much on daily operations or failing to adapt to new information and consistently talking about their technical (or whatever) superiority.
You already know that strategic thinking paves the way for long-term success and a competitive edge. Though I am not a fan of the company for some ethical reasons and don’t buy their products (feel free to ask me why if you want to know), their co-founder Steve Jobs is someone I think we can all admire. So here’s a link to a video from him that might work as inspiration and/or a reminder to get you (back) on track of stratgic thinking for your company.
